MISSION & POLICY STATEMENT

The Plymouth Village Water & Sewer District’s primary purpose is to provide the highest quality water distribution and sewage treatment possible.

We believe our first responsibility is to our ratepayers. In meeting their needs, everything we do must be of high quality. We must constantly strive to reduce our costs in order to maintain reasonable user rates. Reserves must be created to provide for both capital improvements and adverse times. Customer requests must be serviced promptly and accurately.

We are responsible to our employees. Everyone must be considered an individual. We must respect their dignity and recognize their merit. Employees must feel free to make suggestions and complaints. Compensation must be fair and adequate, and working conditions clean, orderly and safe.

Our final responsibility is to the community. We must maintain our property in good condition; protect the environment and natural resources. We must be involved in community affairs.
Please Note that PVWS is not a member of Dig Safe.
Please contact our office to have Water and Sewer lines marked out before you dig. Thank you.
